Ordessa is a pickup ordering platform for frituren and pizzerias. Customers order from the shop's own page or app, choose when to collect, and pay at the counter. The shop runs its menu, stock and orders from Ordessa Manager.
For customers
- Every shop has its own page on ordessa.app, and many have the Ordessa app as well.
- Choose sauces, toppings and extras, see the allergens on every item, and pick a time the shop can do.
- Ordering never needs an account. Signing in keeps your cart on every device.
- Nothing is delivered and nothing is paid online: you collect your order and pay the shop.
For shops
- Ordessa Manager — on iPhone, iPad, Mac and in the browser — holds the catalogue, prices, stock, opening hours and pickup times.
- A shared catalogue: products, ingredients and allergens are written once and every shop lists them at its own price.
- The counter board shows each order as it arrives, and tells the customer when it is ready.
